I spent 5 nights here and I can recommend this apartment hotel to everyone who needs a decent accommodation. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is clean and safe. I liked the fact that nobody disturbed me during my stay. The supermarket was close and the apartment had everything that I needed. The bed indeed was comfortable, I can only mention very few things for improvement. I will definitely stay here again. If you don't expect to stay in a luxury place but rather in a small flat where you can feel at home, book your stay here.

The hotel is located in a quiet and nice district. The apartment corresponds to the description and is very functionally furnished. We had everything we needed. The chairs are ok for eating, but not suitable for a longer comfortable sitting. But the beds were pleasantly large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The metro can be reached in about 10 minutes. A supermarket is only a few hundred meters away. Everything else you need is in the neighborhood. Actually, an almost perfect stay, if the extreme heat had not overwhelmed the air conditioning. We had 27°C in the room during the day and night. But how often do you have such temperatures?

Great apartments. Previously, I've read many bad feedbacks here on booking and was scared to book that apartment. But in reality, everything was very good, not excellent, but I can't complain. For those who read bad feedbacks with a bad rating - I also thought it would be a bad choice, but I think that bad rating was set by the travelers who expected a 5star hotel instead of just a normal aparthotel. For me, it was quiet, with no smokers smell, and good personnel.

Location is good - about 10 minutes walk to the metro station(M1 line.) for visiting major sites in the Paris center. We had two connected rooms that were nice, bright, clean and spacious. We loved that A/C was quiet, unlike those terribly noisy ones common even in 4 start hotels in USA. Staff were also courteous and helpful. We were able to leave the car in the garage of the hotel before checkin. Kitchenette was small but sufficient for simple meal prep too.

We loved this place. Located in one of Paris' suburbs, a lovely, quite nice neighborhood, with shops and restaurants nearby, a metro station 10 minutes away on foot. The staff was fantastic, very helpful, especially the young man working the afternoon shift. Answered all our questions, helped with some minor issues, very welcoming and polite. We had a family (connected) studio combination. Great for a stay with school aged children. Comfortable beds, rooms were quiet, you can open the windows for fresh air. Kitchen had all we needed for a 4-5 day stay.

Quiet location, 10 minutes walk to the metro, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Good kitchen facilities, quiet working and efficient a/c, good isolated, everything necessary was there, modern abd clean. Very good value for your money fir Paris.

The room was clean and very spacious. We were happy to come here to rest at the end of the day. The room facilities were good. The road it was on was very quiet but felt safe, it was about 10 minutes walk from the station.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, the location was perfect, a nice modern safe area of paris (we were 3 females and felt very safe when coming back to the hotel in the evenings) only an 8-minute walk to the metro. We were 3 people, and we were given 2 interconnecting studios, which made our stay very comfortable.
